My wee girl has always been a bit shy and hesitant to try new things. The coaches at Rivals Gym Motherwell Adam, Sara, and Scott have been absolutely amazing. They work patiently with kids who are shy, gradually bringing them into class at their own pace, which is fantastic. In just 3 months, Bonnie has come so far now I hear her before I see her! "Rivals Motherwell has a TV so I can watch her train, and the waiting area is perfect I can take a break, do some work, and be right beside her class if she needs me. The coaches, including the black belt instructors, are incredible, and Bonnie absolutely adores them. She recently got a ‘try chart’ from Rivals when she tries something new, she earns a sticker. She went from a beige diet of only chicken nuggets to actually enjoying a roast dinner, gravy and all! She’s motivated to help her baby brother, tries new games, and is overall much more confident.
