These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rivals Gym website and services. By using our website, registering for a membership, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to these terms.
✔️You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
✔️If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to 07723 345981 and [email protected]
✔️Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
✔️As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

1. Membership
✔️Membership is available to individuals aged 5 years old or older.
✔️Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
✔️By registering for a membership, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected membership plan.
2. Payment and Fees
Membership fees are due [monthly/annually], and payments must be made in full by the specified due date.
✔️Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment processor. We accept payments by credit/debit card or direct debit.
✔️Late payments may result in a suspension of your access to the gym until the balance is paid in full.
3. Use of Facilities
You agree to use Rivals Gym facilities in accordance with our rules and regulations.
All members must comply with gym etiquette and maintain respect for other members and staff.
The gym is not responsible for personal injuries that occur while using the equipment or participating in activities.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect all members to behave respectfully while at Rivals Gym. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
✔️Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior towards staff or other members.
✔️Damaging gym property or equipment.
✔️Using the gym in a manner that is unsafe or disruptive.
5. Termination and Suspension of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a member:
✔️Violates any of the gym’s policies or codes of conduct.
✔️Fails to make timely payments.
✔️Engages in illegal activities while using our services.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to maintain a safe and clean environment, Rivals Gym is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that occurs on our premises.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Rivals Gym reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wishaw, Scotland any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Wishaw, Scotland
