
With this membership, you’ll attend 3 small group personal training (SGPT) sessions per week. Each session is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall performance. Training in a 1:6 coach-to-member ratio ensures personalized attention and safe progression.
To complement your SGPT sessions, you’ll also get 1 high-intensity Hyrox/HIIT class per week. These sessions are structured to boost cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, and athletic conditioning — helping you push your limits and achieve faster results.
