Everyone of us at some point in our life will experience mental health in some way; whether it’s personally, watching someone close to us battle with their own mental health or losing someone through mental health!!

There will be 16 bouts both boxing and kickboxing. We will see some K-1 bouts, boxing, low kick and FC Kickboxing.

The show will be ran for Chris's House, to find more on Chris's House and what an amazing charity they are then.

At Rivals Gym and in conjunction with Chris’s House we want to raise as much awareness and funding to ensure locally there is every opportunity available to anyone who may need it.

It’s okay not to be okay, there is always someone willing to listen and help.

At Rivals Gym and in conjunction with Chris’s House we want to raise as much awareness and funding to ensure locally there is every opportunity available to anyone who may need it.

Topping the bill will see our very own Sam Allan in a 5x2 min round prestige professional kickboxing bout.

We will see boxing, kickboxing and K-1 fights on the night.
